Detoxifying Body Scrub…

My skin tends to get dry from time to time so I started using a Body Scrub in addition to using a Moisturizing Body Lotion after my shower or bath.

Below is a simple recipe for a body scrub that I use 2-3 times a week, and my skin feels soft and supple…



   In a plastic container combine 1 cup Epsom salt & 1/2 cup Sea salt (great for detoxifying and softening your skin)

  Mix 2 Tlbs. of this with some of your favorite Body Wash in the palm of   your hand.   

  Repeat  this step as necessary until you have applied the scrub on your entire body.

Cover & Save the leftover mixture to use later!
