Here are a few ways I have found to keep skin supple and young looking:
* Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day or more. This handy chart is a good way to add variety to your water while enjoying other health benefits.
* Use a Face and/or Body cream with at least 15SPF
* Get enough sleep (at least 6 hrs a night)…
* Establish a Good Daily Skin Care Routine! Even if you shower in the AM, Always cleanse your face before bedtime to remove any dirt, toxins, etc from the day.
