I found out that I had some of the Symptoms mentioned in the article below (like Fatigue, Muscle Cramps, Trouble Paying Attention, Moody, etc) so I started taking a Magnesium Supplement at night before bed as well as started eating more Veggies including leafy greens and nuts! COSTCO has a Great Blend of Baby Greens (Spinach, Swiss-chard and Kale)– I use it in Smoothies as well as Saute it with Garlic and about 1/4 cup of Veggie or Chicken Broth.. YUM!!! You can also add Nuts and Beans to many Recipes and Soups.
